How Strata Energy Services helped
Strata Energy Services reviewed the existing embedded network to assess pricing, contract terms, and infrastructure requirements. We ran a competitive tender process to evaluate retailer capability, long term pricing, and investment commitments. Through this process, we negotiated a managed embedded network agreement that included $116,000 in infrastructure investment and additional solar PV for the building. The retailer assumed financial and compliance responsibilities, reducing risk for the owners corporation and improving overall transparency. The agreement secured ongoing annual contributions and lower resident energy costs, delivering clear financial outcomes.
