The aim was to secure an outcome that protected residents from rising energy costs while strengthening oversight of their embedded network.

How Strata Energy Services helped

Strata Energy Services reviewed the existing embedded network to identify pricing gaps, infrastructure needs, and opportunities for long-term savings. We completed a competitive tender process to evaluate retailer capability, contract strength, and investment options. Through this process, we negotiated a fully managed agreement where the retailer committed to upgrading infrastructure at no cost to the owner's corporation. We also secured a structure that transferred financial and compliance responsibilities to the retailer, reduced risk to the owner’s corporation, and delivered clear, stable pricing benefits for residents.
